Thilina, also known as “T”, graduated from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) in 2011. He has worked in sports practices in Sydney since graduating and has accrued experience with various sporting codes at different levels.

Thilina holds a Masters of Sports Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland and is an APA titled Sports Physiotherapist. He is continuing further studies into various facets of sports performance via a Masters in High
Performance Sport.

Thilina developed a special interest in hand therapy and throwing-related injuries having worked with a certified hand therapist and also in a baseball-focused clinic. He also has an interest in lower limb injuries and conditioning athletes so that they return back to their sports ready to perform.

Thilina has been involved with various sports teams with recent involvement with CricketNSW Pathways program, GWS Fury netball, Parramatta Grade Cricket, St Ignatius College Riverview rugby and Sri Lankan Olympians.
