STC Athletic Performance

STC Grass Class

Grass Class is our performance-driven return-to-running program, designed for athletes progressing from rehab back into high-level movement. Delivered outdoors and led by performance staff, this class focuses on running mechanics, speed development, change of direction, and sport-specific movement skills.

Whether you're recovering from injury or looking to sharpen your movement quality, Grass Class bridges the gap between the clinic and the field. Sessions include technique drills, progressive loading, speed and agility-focused work to rebuild confidence, enhance efficiency, and reduce reinjury risk.

STC Rehabilitation

Our flagship class for dedicated athletes wanting to get back to (or further than) their best. Wanting to push aspects of your performance while managing an injury? Our rehabilitation stream combines our Athletic Performance programming with top-tier physiotherapy and injury management. Let us sweat the small stuff to get you back on top of your game.

Our Clinical and Performance staff ensure you are doing everything you can to successfully rehabilitate your injury, and everything you can to stay at your best. You’ll have an around-the-clock rehabilitation and performance program as well as access to our new state-of-the-art gym facility and Recovery Zone.

These sessions are ideal for those who have completed in-patient or outpatient cardiac rehabilitation and are ready to continue building strength, confidence, and fitness in a safe and supportive environment. They're also perfect for pre-operative clients looking to boost their functional capacity and improve outcomes post-surgery.

Our focus is on safe, progressive exercise tailored to your individual needs and goals. Each session combines cardiovascular fitness, resistance training, mobility, and education to help improve quality of life, reduce risk of future cardiac events, and promote overall wellbeing.

Parkinson’s Strong

Parkinson’s Strong is a specialised, evidence-based exercise class designed to support people living with Parkinson’s Disease at any stage of their journey. Led by experienced clinicians, these sessions focus on improving mobility, strength, balance, and coordination—all key elements in helping to slow disease progression and enhance day-to-day function.

Each class incorporates targeted exercises that address the specific motor and non-motor symptoms of Parkinson’s. Our approach not only helps to reduce the risk of falls, but also supports mood, energy levels, and overall wellbeing.

Pilates
