This course equips participants with the skills and knowledge to recognise and respond to emergencies, providing immediate first aid treatment in line with Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines. Learn how to manage cardiac arrest, asthma, anaphylaxis, bleeding, fractures, and other common medical emergencies. You’ll gain hands-on experience in CPR, defibrillator use, wound care, and basic life support, ensuring confidence to act when it matters most.

Ideal for community members, workplace first responders, sports trainers, and volunteers, this course combines online learning with a short, focused face-to-face practical session.

Online pre-learning: Complete theory prior to face-to-face session
