All sessions are run by either a Physiotherapist or a Exercise Physiologist. This ensures proper technique and maximum benefits are gained from the session. Your Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist will tailor your program based on your current injury status and/or goals.
Classes are run at Hartley Hydro in Hughes. The pool is heated between 32 and 35 degrees for muscle and joint relaxation.
