Our Strengthen & Conditioning classes are ideal for individuals who are returning from an existing injury, or are looking to keep themselves injury free for running, cycling or any other form of activity. These classes are also great for anyone wanting to maintain some fitness and strength whilst they can’t get to the gym or wanting to stave off those pesky niggles while working from home.
Speak to one of our physiotherapists or accredited exercise physiologists about whether one of the classes would be appropriate and suitable for you. You will need to have an initial review with one of our clinicians. They will then write a specific and individual program for you, and help you to get started in the classes. Your clinician will continue to work with you throughout your rehabilitation process, providing advice, treatment and support as needed. They will discuss with you how often you will need to reassess or review your program, and continue to tailor it to your individual needs and goals.
