Strength for Life is an exciting new exercise program in the ACT, created to help people over the age of 50 (over 40 for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders) improve their physical strength and fitness.
Strength for Life is a progressive training program designed to improve your strength and fitness. It doesn’t matter if you are unfit, or have never done a class before. You’ll have an individualised program while taking part in a class that is designed for people of all levels of ability. You’ll also have the opportunity to socialise with like-minded people!

Our Strength For Life clients can book into the ‘CDM/Seniors’ classes on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. These classes are supervised by our Exercise Physiologist who will develop a program specifically designed to each individuals needs.
