Angus is an accredited exercise physiologist and strength & conditioning coach who is passionate about all things performance and rehabilitation. Having completed his Bachelor of Exercise Physiology & Rehabilitation at the University of Canberra in 2020, Angus wasted no time in immersing himself in the sports rehabilitation space. He is particularly interested in treating knee injuries and lower limb soft tissue concerns.

Angus’ passion for sports performance led him back to UC to undertake a Master of Strength & Conditioning degree. Through his masters he established himself within the Canberra Raiders pathways programme. Since 2022, he has been part of the strength & conditioning staff in the junior representative program, additionally lending his expertise to the NSW Cup and Jersey Flegg programs.

Until recently, Angus was a keen rugby union player, having played 9 seasons with Uni-Norths Owls. Away from the training paddock and gym, Angus is an avid skier; escaping to mountains around the world when he can. Less successfully but no less enthusiastically, he sings and plays guitar.
