Carys Tegan

Physiotherapist

Qualifications

Bachelor of Physiotherapy

Professional Bio

Through her physiotherapy training and clinical experience, Carys has developed a strong interest in helping people move well, recover from injury, and return confidently to the activities that matter most to them. She values evidence-based care and enjoys working collaboratively with clients, with a strong focus on education and long-term outcomes.

Carys has experience working with athletes across a range of sporting environments, including rugby union and AFL. She has a particular interest in sports injuries, strength-based rehabilitation, and supporting people to return to everyday activities and finding enjoyment in movement.

Coming from a competitive sporting background herself, Carys is a keen powerlifter, runner, orienteerer, and cross-country skier. This has given her a practical understanding of training demands, load management, and the physical and mental challenges of sport.

Outside of the clinic you can find Carys hitting the trails, travelling, or curling up with her cat and a good book.
