Nathan Bizjak

Professional Bio

Nathan is a Canberra local, and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy from UC. With a background as a keen football (soccer) player, Nathan has a passion for all things sporting rehab, but has particular interest in knee, shoulder and neck injuries. Having completed his own rehab from an ACL reconstruction 2 years ago, Nathan is one of the heads of the SportsTec Clinic Complex Knee Rehabilitation Program.

With an emphasis on injury prevention as much as rehab, Nathan is a qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach with ASCA and has completed the FIFA Diploma of Football Medicine. Nathan is the team physiotherapist for both the Canberra United Academy and Tuggeranong Bushrangers Rugby League club. He has also worked with ACT teams in Rugby Union, Basketball and OzTag.

Outside of the clinic, you can find Nathan experimenting with recipes in the kitchen, on the soccer field himself, or learning how to surf (poorly).
